It includes Beijing Tsingyuanzhihui Intellectual Property Agency Limited (established in September 2012), Beijing Tsingyuanhui Intellectual Property Agency [Special General Partnership] (established in July 2015), and Beijing Qinghui Law Firm (established in May 2020). We are a boutique service provider offering comprehensive IP services to our clients.

The firm is located in the heart of China's Silicon Valley, in the Beijing Zhongguan Village High-Tech Industrial Park. Our location is adjacent to the CNIPA Patent Review and Invalidation Department, the CNIPA Beijing Office, and the Beijing Haidian District People's Court.
